The Outer Belt is the region of [[Focus]] beyond the orbit of [[Moonlitter]]'s furthest moon. Most of the region is claimed by [[Partisan Territory]], but some dwarf planets and orbital colonies close to Moonlitter's orbit are disputed between the two polities.
