Order of Farspeakers

The Farspeakers are a Claravian order historically associated with maintaining telecommunication infrastructure such as interplanetary ansible networks and planet-wide realspace internetworks.

Farspeakers believe that telecommunication infrastructure constitutes the "body" of the noosphere, analogous to the brain and nervous system that upholds the consciousness of an individual sophont.
